Free for You

It was my birthday last Saturday.  Mine and Oprah's.  This year flowers seemed to be the gift of choice - especially roses.  While our flower-laden home did begin to feel a bit like a funeral parlor, I had more than ample subjects for a sweet-scented photo shoot.  Photographs of roses are now spilling out of my archives!

Thought the best thing to do would be to share some of these photographs with you in a way that could prove useful.  I will, therefore, be posting a few before Valentine's Day that you can download and use as you wish.  These are high-resolution photographs that you can print on a card or print to frame and give a loved one.  Enjoy!

(My only request is that you not sell, re-share or claim this photograph as your own.  You are welcome to post it on your blog, and while a link back to me would be appreciated, it is not required.)

  2. Happy Birthday, Beautiful Bonnie!! Birthdays are so special in so many ways, and I do love a good celebration!

I love taking photos of flowers, especially roses. The one you shared with us is gorgeous! The darker pink around the edges of the petals and that dew. Oh my, it's just lovely.

Sending many birthday wishes and kisses your way, dahling :)

  3. We're a week apart! Happy Birthday! And roses? Who doesn't melt when they receive roses? Since my retirement, I have planted more roses than ever, each one adding to the bouquet, each one stunning in its own fragrance and grace, each one tempting the nose and the heart.

Yes, Many Rose-filled days to you.

  13. I really appreciate this gift. I will print them out as Valentine cards and I will print you name and website on the back. And give you a special post on my blog on the 14th. Do you know it was one of your poems that inspired me to try to write a poem? I will highlight that post as well as my first poem on based on yours on February 14th. :) Thanks again for sharing and Happy Belated Birthday.
