Gentle Me . . .

This poem by Ted Loder has been scribbled in one of my journals for several years.  It says everything I want to remember as I embrace another day.  It reminds me how I want to live my day, how I want to be open, receptive, entranced, joyful, unclenched and gentle.  I hope it speaks sweet things to you too.

  10. Thank you all for your comments. I'm glad you appreciate Loder's sentiments too.

For those who have inquired about my health, I thank you and want you to know I am doing well.
Stitches are healing beautifully and bronchitis is on its last legs. My energy is coming back, so hope to be posting some more "meaty" pieces of subject matter.

  11. It does indeed speak to me too Bonnie. It is the kind of poem I would love to know off by heart but it is strangely hard to learn I find.
